Shipping policy

All rugs ship from Morocco by tracked international courier, usually UPS or FedEx.

Processing time
Orders are prepared for shipment within 3-7 business days after confirmation. Each rug is inspected, packed securely, and prepared for international courier pickup.

Transit time
Estimated transit time after dispatch is usually 5-12 business days, depending on destination, courier service, and customs processing.

Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email after your rug has been dispatched.

Duties and import taxes
Orders ship internationally from Morocco. Unless duties and taxes are clearly collected at checkout, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and carrier disbursement fees are the customer's responsibility and may be collected before or at delivery.

Customs delays
Customs processing can delay delivery. We provide accurate product descriptions, declared values, country of origin, and customs information to support smooth clearance, but customs decisions are outside our control.
