Refund policy
We want you to feel confident choosing a handmade rug online. If your rug is not right for your space, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Return eligibility
Returned rugs must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original or equivalent protective packaging. Return requests must be approved before the rug is shipped back.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs, duties, taxes, brokerage, or carrier fees related to the return. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.
Refunds
After the returned rug is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and carrier fees are not refunded unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your rug arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the rug, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.
Custom and final-sale items
Custom-made, personalized, altered, special-order, or final-sale rugs cannot be returned for change of mind unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
